About
Being a human in the world is hard. And when you add more intersectionality — race, class, gender, neurotype, ability, the many ways we move through an unequal world — there are more unique obstacles to overcome.
Amplify Your World is the companion to our coaching practice: a place to name what you're carrying in your own words — microaggressions, boundaries, focus, imposter syndrome, life transitions, emotional regulation — and find practices, scripts, and workplace moves you can use today. No login, no assessment, no diagnosis required.
The tools draw from many traditions: neurodivergent-affirming psychology, boundary work, trauma-informed care, and voices from communities the mainstream too often skips. Together, we can amplify each other.
We use words like overcoming, navigating, and practicing on purpose. Not because struggle is a moral test — it isn't — but because most of what helps is a small action, done often, in a supportive-enough environment. That's a practice, not a diagnosis.
